Homemade quacamole is the only way to go. Its so easy and fresh. You dont have to save it for your mexican dinners either.... I just love it!

Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
- 1 Palm full fresh Cilantro coarsly chopped
- 1/2 Lime or 1 Tbs Lime juice
- 1 Palm full of Queso cheese crumbled
Directions
- Cut each Avocado in half long way
- Take out the pit (**take a large knife and hit the pit in the center hard enough that your knife sticks in...twist and the pit should pop out**)
- With a spoon scoop out the the meat
- Place in bowl and mash slightly
- stir in Onion and Cilantro
- Squeeze lemon over and fold in
- Sprinkle with Queso cheese
- Chill and Serve
- ** you can add 1/4 cup of chopped tomato**
- I dont eat tomatoes but my family all does!!
