I haven't tried this one yet but it looks real tasty right now. If you make it let me know how it turns out.

Ingredients
  • 1 sm. can refried beans
  • 1 can bean dip
  • 1 container Dean's guacamole dip
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • shredded jack and cheddar cheese
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 3 sm. chopped tomatoes
  • 2 bunches chopped green onion

Directions
  1. Mix refried beans and bean dip.;spread in bottom of small rectangular baking dish.
  2. Spread guacamole dip on top of that.
  3. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning; spread over the guacamole dip.
  4. Sprinkle cheeses on top.
  5. Sprinkle olives, tomatoes, and green onion in that order.
  6. Mission Complete!

I love seven layer dip. The way I make it is like this (starting from the bottom): refried beans, taco meat, guacamole, grated cheese, sour cream, then sprinkle the top with tomatoes, green onion, and sliced olives. Chill and serve with tortilla chips. It's a goodie! Great post! - Nat
