Chipolte Honey Butter Recipe
This is delicious on fresh cornbread or the way I use it is to omit the honey and add a finely chopped chipolte and some cilantro and serve it on grilled corn on the cob. Found on the internet. Makes 3/4 cup.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature (1 stick)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon adobo sauce from can of chipotle chilies
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions
  1. In a small bowl stir together the butter, honey, adobo sauce and cumin. Set aside for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop. Serve at room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers.
