Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground beef

1 cup water

1 pkg boxed stuffing mix

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup bbq sauce

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except for 1/4 cup bbq sauce

Place in a loaf pan. These can also be placed in mini loaf pans for individual meals.

top with remaining bbq sauce.

Bake at 375 degrees for at least one hour.
