  • 2. Start to fry bacon til crisp, then crumble
  • 3. Make burgers to your liking (fry, grill, broil)
  • 4. Chop scallions and slice tomato, grate cheese
  • 5. Build Alpine:
  • a. Place amount of pilaf on plate first, as much or as little, according to your appetite.
  • b. Place burger.
  • c. Place sliced tomato
  • d. Top with cheese, making sure to melt it.
  • e. Place as much or as little of bacon and scallion toppings---that's the beauty of # 5 e.
  • 6. Eat and Enjoy
