Squidgy chocolate bars

                    - 2 bars dark quality/ cooking chocolate shopping list
- 2tbl syrup shopping list
- half packet of digestive biscuits (graham crackers?) shopping list
- 1tbl of butter shopping list
- walnuts shopping list
- glace cherries shopping list
- optional ingredients (add as many or as few as desired.) shopping list
- currants raisins sultanas shopping list
- marshmellows shopping list
- m&m's shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Break up the biscuits into bite sized pieces
- Melt the butter and syrup in pan , add the biscuits and mix
- Break the chocolate into small squares and melt slowly in a glass bowl placed over a pan of simmering water.
- take the pan off the heat and add the melted chocolate, sliced glace cherries and walnuts ( or if preferred add sultanas, marshmellows etc....)
- Line a rectangular loaf tin with plastic wrap/cling film and pour the chocolate mix into the tin.
- Leave to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.( it doesn't go completley hard so don't worry if it feels a little squidgy. this is normal.)
- Remove the chocolate loaf from the tin decorate with cherries and walnuts and cut into squares/fingers.
