Digestive Biscuits are a British biscuit or cookie made from coarse brown wheat flour. Sometimes they can be found in imported food sections of grocery stores. They can also be bought on-line. Home recipes for these can also be found on-line. As the boxes are 14oz I would assume about a cup of broken graham crackers might work. Has any one tried it? And in case you don't know, sultanas are golden raisins.

This sounds great but what does squidgy mean?
