Ingredients
  • 1 no. 2 can tomatoes
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 C. Minute Rice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 C. oatmeal or cracker crumbs

Directions
  1. Combine tomatoes, water in large pot, heat to boiling. Mix beef with remaining ingredients, roll into small balls. Drop into tomato sauce and reduce heat, simmer 1 hour.
