Well...This Pie Is Impossible To Stuff Up... Hence The Name..

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup castor sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 tspns vanilla essence
  • 125g butter melted
  • 2 cups milk

Directions
  1. Lightly grease pie dish
  2. Sift flour into bowl, stir in sugar, coconut, eggs, essence, butter and milk.
  3. Pour into prepared pie dish.
  4. Bake in moderate oven about 45 minutesor until lightly browned and set.
