Well...This Pie Is Impossible To Stuff Up... Hence The Name..
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain flour shopping list
- 1 cup castor sugar shopping list
- 1 cup coconut shopping list
- 4 eggs lightly beaten shopping list
- 2 tspns vanilla essence shopping list
- 125g butter melted shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly grease pie dish
- Sift flour into bowl, stir in sugar, coconut, eggs, essence, butter and milk.
- Pour into prepared pie dish.
- Bake in moderate oven about 45 minutesor until lightly browned and set.
