Saucy Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts

1C mayonaise

1/2 C chili sauce

1/2 C orange marmalade or apricot jam

1 envelope of Lipton's onion soup

Directions

remove skin and all fat from chicken.

Place remaining ingredients in a bowl and beat by hand one minute

Place chicken in oblong baking dish, spoon sauce over chicken and cover with foil

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes

Remove from oven and turn chicken over, basting with sauce.

Return to oven

Keep chicken covered with foil

Reduce heat to 350 and bake for another 30 minutes

Do not over cook.

Serve with rice or pasta
