Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese ; grated

Directions
  1. Melt butter in saucepan over direct heat.
  2. Stir in the flour until it is well blended.
  3. Scald milk and add to butter/flour mixture in the saucepan, stirring vigorously.
  4. Add the cheese to the sauce, place over low heat and cook, stirring often, until the cheese melts.
