How to make it
- Melt butter in saucepan over direct heat.
- Stir in the flour until it is well blended.
- Scald milk and add to butter/flour mixture in the saucepan, stirring vigorously.
- Add the cheese to the sauce, place over low heat and cook, stirring often, until the cheese melts.
