How to make it

  • To make the brine add all ingredance, and bring to a boil. Cool to room temp, and add your chicken wings, stick in the fridge over night.
  • Heat your oil to about 375.
  • Mix your breading, lightly coat your chicken wings, let them set for about 20 mins, so the flour mixture sets.
  • Then fry for about 10 - 15 mins
  • Serve with your favorte dipping sauce.
