- 1 lb chicken wings washed patted dry. shopping list
- For the brine. shopping list
- 2 cups of chicken stock shopping list
- 1 cup of kosher salt shopping list
- 1 tsp of black pepper corns. shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce. don't drain sauce shopping list
- For the breading shopping list
- 2 cups of flour shopping list
- 1tsp of salt shopping list
- 1 tsp of pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp of cayanne pepper shopping list
- 64 oz of cooking oil high temp oil, ex Vegtable oil shopping list
How to make it
- To make the brine add all ingredance, and bring to a boil. Cool to room temp, and add your chicken wings, stick in the fridge over night.
- Heat your oil to about 375.
- Mix your breading, lightly coat your chicken wings, let them set for about 20 mins, so the flour mixture sets.
- Then fry for about 10 - 15 mins
- Serve with your favorte dipping sauce.
