Ingredients
  • 1 small tin evaporated milk
  • 16 marshmellows or 1 3/4 cups mini marshmellows
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup margerine or butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions
  1. In a medium saucepan mix evaporated milk, marshmellows, sugar and margerine stirring constantly heat to boiling and boil for 5 min
  2. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate, vanilla and salt
  3. Spread in small buttered pan and cool until firm
  4. Eat the entire pan of fudge and dont feel guilty about it
