salmone quiche

                    - pastry for 9-inch pie, unbaked shopping list
 - 600 grams of smoked salmon shopping list
 - 1 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
 - 1 onion, minced shopping list
 - 1 1/2 tomatos shopping list
 - 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley shopping list
 - 6 egg, beaten shopping list
 - 1 1/2 cups milk shopping list
 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt shopping list
 - dash pepper, white or black shopping list
 - a cup of cream cheese shopping list
 - a bowl of spinach shopping list
 - black olives shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Bake crust in a 450° oven for 5 minutes. Drain salmon liquid, if there is any, into a cup . Put salmon in a bowl and remove bones and skin, if there is any; flake salmon. Put salmon pastry; sprinkle with lemon juice. Cook onion, tomatos and the spinach in the butter; transfer to the pie crust and sprinkle with parsley, add the cream cheese
 - Mix the salmon liquid with eggs, milk, and seasoned salt and pepper; pour over salmon. Bake quiche at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, or until firm.
 - Serve this salmon quiche hot.
