Salmon spread for sandwiches or for dipping

Ingredients
  • canned salmon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon
  • dill

Directions
  1. remove skin, bones from canned salmon
  2. use fork to break into small bits
  3. add sour cream, softened cream cheese, lemon and dill if desired
  4. mix well and serve on sandwiches thinly sliced cucumber
