This is a recipe I wrote and it was published in the Dec 06 issue of Home Cookin Magazine

Ingredients
  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 c. celery, cooked
  • 1 c. rice, cooked
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. chopped onion
  • ¾ c. mayo

Directions
  1. Mix and refrigerate overnite -
  2. Combine 1 c. crushed corn flakes & 3 T. melted butter and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 300º for 1 hour.
