an easy spinach dip to make. This taste best when it's had a chance to chill and let the flavors blend for several hours. Hollow out a loaf of round bread to serve it in. Yum! This recipe is easy to double
Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen spinach shopping list
- 1 small jar roasted red peppers shopping list
- 1 small can water chestnuts shopping list
- 1cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup mayo shopping list
- 1 pkg ranch dressing mix shopping list
How to make it
- thaw and drain spinach well
- chop peppers and water chestnuts
- mix in sour cream, mayo and ranch mix
- cover and let chill for several hours
