an easy spinach dip to make. This taste best when it's had a chance to chill and let the flavors blend for several hours. Hollow out a loaf of round bread to serve it in. Yum! This recipe is easy to double

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg frozen spinach
  • 1 small jar roasted red peppers
  • 1 small can water chestnuts
  • 1cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 pkg ranch dressing mix

Directions
  1. thaw and drain spinach well
  2. chop peppers and water chestnuts
  3. mix in sour cream, mayo and ranch mix
  4. cover and let chill for several hours
