Ingredients
  • 11/2 lb stew meat Or beef you cut up yourself
  • 1/2 stick butter to brown meat in
  • 2 cans whole corn or 1 bag frozen Drained
  • 2 cans peas or 1 bag frozen Drained
  • 2 cans carrots or fresh cut up or 1 bag frozen Drained
  • 2 cans or 1 bag frozen or 1qt home canned Drained
  • 6 lg potatoes peeled & cut up or 4 cans drained
  • 2 jars beef gravy or canned
  • 2 canes beef broth
  • Lg Slow Cooker

Directions
  1. Brown meat in heavy skilet in butter
  2. Put gravy and broth in slow cooker mix
  3. add veggies
  4. add browned meat last cover and let cook on high for 4 hours
  5. then turn down to low for 4 to 6 hrs.
