Zucchini Casserole

- 2 lbs zucchini shopping list
- 1cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 can water chestnuts shopping list
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 2 oz jar of pimento shopping list
- 1 pkg. corn bread stuffing shopping list
How to make it
- Slice zucchini into rounds and onion in to thin slices.
- Fry both until slightly soften, drain and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix sour cream, soup and water chestnuts together then add zucchini and onion.
- Melt butter to add to stuffing.
- In 13 x 9 baking dish layer stuffing then zucchini mixture ending with stuffing.
- Bake approx. 30 or until golden brown.
