How to make it

  • Slice zucchini into rounds and onion in to thin slices.
  • Fry both until slightly soften, drain and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix sour cream, soup and water chestnuts together then add zucchini and onion.
  • Melt butter to add to stuffing.
  • In 13 x 9 baking dish layer stuffing then zucchini mixture ending with stuffing.
  • Bake approx. 30 or until golden brown.
