Cilantro - Mint Chutney

Delicious green chutney similar to that served at the India Palace in Roseville, MN...maybe even better. Tastes fantastic with pakoras and samosas.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c firmly packed fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1/2 c firmly packed fresh mint shopping list
- 1 fresh serrano chili, stemmed shopping list
- 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled shopping list
- 1/2 sweet onion, quartered shopping list
- juice of 2 lemons shopping list
- 1 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 c water shopping list
How to make it
- Throw all ingredients in a food processor and blenderize!
