Vegetarian Rice Vermicelly Stir Fry

- 400 grams of soaked rice vermicelly shopping list
- 100 grams of firm toufu shopping list
- 100 grams of shitake mushrooms shopping list
- 50 grams of carrot, juliened shopping list
- 1 small onion or spring onion, finely sliced shopping list
- 1 bell pepper, finely sliced shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp minced ginger (optional) shopping list
- 1 tbs of soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tbs of vegetarian "oyster" sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of sugar shopping list
- 2 tbs of olive oil mixed with 1 tsp of sesame oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup of water or vegetable broth shopping list
How to make it
- Cut toufu into small strips, pan seared until golden brown, do the same with the shitake mushrooms. toufu and mushrooms will be the "meat" in this recipe
- in medium low heat saute onion with oil until fragant
- add bell pepper, and caroots until soft
- add mushrooms, vermicelly, turn the fire into medium high at this moment
- add toufu, add the rest of the ingredients, stir until everithing is well mixed, serve hot
