Ingredients
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp tabasco pepper sauce
  • 4 lbs. baby back pork ribs

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients for sauce and Heat over high heat until boiling.
  2. Reduce heat, simmer 30-40 minutes until thick.
  3. Coat 4 pounds of baby back pork ribs, front and back, with sauce.
  4. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
  5. Remove ribs from foil and smother with more sauce.
  6. Grill on hot barbecue for 2-4 minutes per side.

Great, great, great. Why have I never tried to make ribs before! Added one tablespoon cornstarch to the sauce to thicken.
