Blueberry Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix the berries with three tablespoons of sugar before crushing them well.
  • Mash the mixture through a sieve
  • Add the lemon juice to the sieved berries and mix well
  • Freeze the mash for 3-4 hours
  • Whip the egg white with the rest of the sugar and mix into the frozen mash
  • Serve
