A tangy berry sorbet.

Ingredients
  • 500g Blueberries
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White

Directions
  1. Mix the berries with three tablespoons of sugar before crushing them well.
  2. Mash the mixture through a sieve
  3. Add the lemon juice to the sieved berries and mix well
  4. Freeze the mash for 3-4 hours
  5. Whip the egg white with the rest of the sugar and mix into the frozen mash
  6. Serve
