Vanilla Sugar

How to make it
- Pour sugar into a clean airtight container
- Slice the vanilla bean open and scrape all the tiny black seeds into the sugar, then pop the bean in, seal the container and shake well
- Let it sit for a week or two and, voilĂ , you have vanilla sugar which will keep for ages
- Recipe Servings refers to how many tablespoons it makes.
- Once the sugar is flavoured, don't take the bean out; leave it in until it's time to make a fresh batch.
