How to make it

  • Cut pita bread around the edges and separate in to 2. Toast.
  • Spread the hummus of your choice on one half of pita, amount may vary.
  • Top with as much salad as you desire.
  • Top with other half of pita.
  • Enjoy!
  • Feel free to add sliced avocado, cucumber, bean sprouts, whatever!
