I was not feeling and thought of cooking some chicken soup for myself

Ingredients
  • 1 whole chicken thigh and drumstick (whole piece)
  • 1 bunch of chinese mushroom (soaked and cut to bite size)
  • 1 piece of carrot (cut to bite size)
  • 1 bombay onion (halved)
  • 2 clove of garlic (smashed)
  • 2 slice of ginger
  • 500ml of water

Directions
  1. Mix everything together and boil. Boil at low fire for 35 mins.
