Byerlys Wild Rice Soup Recipe

Byerlys Wild Rice Soup Recipe
I've presented the full-fat version of this recipe because it really is delicious and is sure to impress dinner guests. However, I've also had good results reducing the amount of butter and/or substituting lower fat milk for the half & half.

This will be great. I like the Byerly's cookbooks too. I believe the first few are out of print. I should search for them. Thank you for posting this recipe. L.
