How to make it

  • Add mash potatoes into a pot. Cover with milk and add butter.
  • Cook until a mash potatoes are warm enough to blend and the butter melts.
  • Add onions and bacon bits. Cook until warm creamy soup. Add more milk to make it more watery or less to make it more creamy.
  • Take off the stove and serve into bowls. Top with cheddar cheese.
  • Leftovers can be refridgerated.
  • You can add anything into this simple soup that you'd add to a bake potato or mash potatoes, like garlic, sour cream (on top), brocolli, etc...
