Mash Potato Soup Recipe
This recipe depends entirely on how much left over mash potatoes you have, but it's a delicous recipe to whip up with left overs to make a yummy lunch or dinner the next night!

Ingredients
  • left-over mash potatoes
  • milk
  • butter
  • onions
  • bacon bits
  • cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Add mash potatoes into a pot. Cover with milk and add butter.
  2. Cook until a mash potatoes are warm enough to blend and the butter melts.
  3. Add onions and bacon bits. Cook until warm creamy soup. Add more milk to make it more watery or less to make it more creamy.
  4. Take off the stove and serve into bowls. Top with cheddar cheese.
  5. Leftovers can be refridgerated.
  6. You can add anything into this simple soup that you'd add to a bake potato or mash potatoes, like garlic, sour cream (on top), brocolli, etc...
