Torta fácil de ricota. Bom pra lanche e brunch.

Ingredients
  • Massa:
  • 2 xícaras de farinha de trigo
  • 2 xícaras de farinha de trigo integral
  • 2 xícaras de aveia
  • 1 xícara de manteiga gelada
  • 3 colheres de cream cheese
  • 2 gemas
  • sal
  • Recheio:
  • 4 xícaras de ricota
  • 12 tomates cereja
  • 1 colher de azeite
  • manjericão a gosto
  • sal e pimenta do reino

Directions
  1. Misture tudo com a mão.
  2. Deixe descansar por 1/2 hora.
  3. Abra a massa e corte em pedaços de 20x15 cm
  4. Coloque o recheio.
  5. Leve ao forno por 15 min.
  6. Para o recheio é só misturar tudo e temperar a gosto.
