Ingredients

How to make it

  • In large bowl, cream butter and sugars
  • Blend in eggs and vanilla
  • Sir in flour, wheat germ, spices and salt, (if using)
  • Batter will be very thick
  • Divide batter into two greased 9 X 13" pans
  • Bake at *275* degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brown and a toothpick comes out clean
  • Cut into bars
  • Can half the recipe

    i will make them but substitute the butter with silken tofu, pure apple juice and natural peanut buttter, whole wheat or spelt flour, dark brown sugar or honey to make them more healthier.
