Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked Rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 6oz. can of Tuna, drained & flaked
  • 3/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 tbsp McCormicks instant chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp McCormicks Parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp McCormicks Season-all seasoned salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Pam vegetable spray

Directions
  1. Combine rice, cheese, tuna, olives, onions, parsley & season-all salt.
  2. Stir in eggs and milk, mixing throughly.
  3. Spray 6 (lg) or 12 (sm) muffin cups w/ pam.
  4. Divide rice mixture evenly among cups.
  5. Bake @ 375 for 15 mins or until lightly browned.
  6. Loosen w/ spatula and arrange on serving plate.
  7. Serve with Tangy Butter Sauce

  9. 1/4 Cup melted butter, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp season salt & 1/2 tsp parsley flakes.
  10. Spoon over mufflettes.

Hi! How funny! I've had made this same recipe (same name) for years and years and have had it on my SDAEOP recipe website for years. http://spoolman.com/sdaeop4/casseroles.html. I love it. I also make it with wild rice.
