Great side dish with Steak, chicken, Pork,,great little dish.

Ingredients
  • 1 can tiny sweet peas
  • 1 boiled egg chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 tsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1/4 tsp your favorite cajun seasoning ( i like Slap yo mama)but try to avoid salt...this will make it to salty...
  • 4 slices japalenos chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp mayo

Directions
  1. Take a bowl that can be used in the microwave...
  2. Open can of tiny sweet peas and drain
  3. place in bowl
  4. add: sugar , butter
  5. microwave 2 to 3 minutes
  6. remove from microwave
  7. add:
  8. boiled chopped egg
  9. chopped onions
  10. chopped japalenos
  11. add : your favorite seasoning
  12. add: mayo
  13. You may add if you like some ham.and pasta shells or your favor.........and have this dish as a side or just by it's self...
