This is a great way to put a spin on ham and eggs. The heavy cream makes it's own sauce for the eggs to swim in.

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 ham slices
  • 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In two small oven safe dishes (like a small square pyrex), crack two eggs in each.
  3. Pour 2 tablespoons of cream in opposite corners of each dish.
  4. Cover with two ham slices each.
  5. Sprinkle cheese liberally.
  6. Bake at 350 for about 20min, or until cheese is golden bubbly.
