A crunchy dip to eat with Fritos. Justlearningtocook gave me this recipe... its from one of her friends... Ive never made this dip but it sounds delicious

Ingredients
  • 2 cans mexican corn, drained well
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • a cup mayo
  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 green onion chopped fine
  • 10 oz cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 chopped jalapenos, optional

Directions
  1. Mix together all ingredients
  2. Chill for about 1 hour or so before serving
  3. Serve with big Fritos
