Ricotta With Cocoa And Brandy

- 1 pound whole-milk ricotta shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons dark cocoa plus extra for sifting over top shopping list
- 3 tablespoons brandy shopping list
- 1/4 cup unpeeled almonds toasted and coarsely chopped shopping list
- powdered sugar as needed shopping list
How to make it
- Whirl ricotta in blender until smooth.
- Combine ricotta with sugar, cocoa and brandy then stir well to combine.
- Refrigerate until needed.
- To serve spoon mixture into small ice cream goblets and dust with cocoa powder.
- Sprinkle top with toasted almonds then dust with powdered sugar.
