How to make it

  • Whirl ricotta in blender until smooth.
  • Combine ricotta with sugar, cocoa and brandy then stir well to combine.
  • Refrigerate until needed.
  • To serve spoon mixture into small ice cream goblets and dust with cocoa powder.
  • Sprinkle top with toasted almonds then dust with powdered sugar.
