My neighbor introduced me to this yummy salad and it's been at potluck functions ever since! For busy moms or dads, take the quick 'n easy way to prepare this!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 head finely shredded cabbage or
  • 2 pre-packaged bags of finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 pound vermicelli (cooked according to pkg. directions.)
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds
  • 4 Tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • Sesame Dressing (purchased) or mix together:
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions
  1. Toss all together and enjoy!
  2. I'm guessing on the number of servings.
