Shimp Linguine With Mushroom And Garlic

- 1 lb of fresh shimp peeled and devine tail in shopping list
- 3 tbsp. butter shopping list
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 3 med. garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled shopping list
- pinch salt & ground pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 4 oz. dried linguine shopping list
- 2 cups feta cheese shopping list
- chopped fresh parsley for topping shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium low heat.
- Add mushrooms, garlic, rosemary and a pinch salt and pepper.
- Cook until mushrooms done and reduced their juices, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
- Add shimp, cook until it turn pink (don't over cook)
- Add cream and simmer until sauce thickens slightly, about 3 minutes. Season with salt
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in large pot of boiling water. Drain well. Add pasta and cheese to sauce and stir until cheese melts.
- Transfer to plates. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
