Classic Pecan Pie Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl stir first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between the center and edge comes out clean.
  • ***For frozen pie crusts, preheat oven and cookie sheet. Pour filling inot frozen pie crust, bake on cookie sheet in lower third of oven.

    This is the recipe I use too...it's just delicious. I also use the light Karo. I usually dot the entire surface with unsalted butter!! :)
