Classic Pecan Pie

- 3 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 1 cup karo light or dark corn syrup (I use the light) shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/1/4 cup pecans, ground shopping list
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked or frozen deep dish pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl stir first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between the center and edge comes out clean.
- ***For frozen pie crusts, preheat oven and cookie sheet. Pour filling inot frozen pie crust, bake on cookie sheet in lower third of oven.
