Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. ( 16 oz.) confectioners sugar
  • 3 Tbls. meringue powder
  • 6 Tbls. warm water

Directions
  1. On medium-high speed, beat sugar, meringue powder and water until glossy and spreadable. If too thick, beat in additional water 1 tsp. at a time.

Sounds good, have to give this one a try. Does the icing stay firm but yet soft or is it a hard type icing?
