How to make it

  • Spray a 12 inch nonstick skillet
  • Heat over medium high until hot
  • Place flour and pepper seasoned salt in a large feezer bag, mix well
  • Coat chicken pieces a few at a time by placing in bag and shaking
  • Add chicken to skillet
  • Cook 6 to 10 minutes or until golden brown on all sides
  • Add all remaining ingredients; stir gently
  • Increase heat to medium high and cook for 2 mintues
  • Reduce heat to mdium low; cover and simmer 20 - 25 minutes or until chicken is fork tender, juices run clear and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally
