skillet Chicken with Winter Vegetables

- 3 Tbl flour shopping list
- 3/4 tsp peppered season salt shopping list
- 4 drumsticks shopping list
- 4 thighs shopping list
- 2 C red potato wedges, unpeeled shopping list
- 1 C fresh baby carrots shopping list
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges shopping list
- 1 (14.5 oz) can Italian style stewed tomatoes, undrained shopping list
How to make it
- Spray a 12 inch nonstick skillet
- Heat over medium high until hot
- Place flour and pepper seasoned salt in a large feezer bag, mix well
- Coat chicken pieces a few at a time by placing in bag and shaking
- Add chicken to skillet
- Cook 6 to 10 minutes or until golden brown on all sides
- Add all remaining ingredients; stir gently
- Increase heat to medium high and cook for 2 mintues
- Reduce heat to mdium low; cover and simmer 20 - 25 minutes or until chicken is fork tender, juices run clear and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally
