How to make it

  • Wahs chicken and pat dry
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Saute chicken in oil until golden on both sides (medium heat)
  • Remove to platter
  • Saute onion and garlic until onions are tender
  • Add tomatoes and cook until mushy
  • Return chicken breasts to skillet
  • Season again with salt, pepper and paprika to taste
  • Pour in wine and cook, covered for 30 minutes, adding more wine if necessary (medium low heat or simmer)
  • Add mushrooms to mixture and cook for 7 to 10 minutes longer(simmer)
