Cheesy Vegetable Soup

- 2 potatoes, cubed shopping list
- 2 carrots, diced shopping list
- 3 stalks celery, diced shopping list
- ½ medium onion, diced shopping list
- 2 chicken boullion shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 4 cups water shopping list
- 3 tbsp flour shopping list
- 3 tbsp milk shopping list
- 7 ½ oz of Cheez Whiz shopping list
How to make it
- Put vegetables in the 4 cups of boiling water with boullion cube and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. Meanwhile, make a paste of the milk and flour. When vegetables are tender add the flour/milk paste slowly until soup thickens. Add Cheez Whiz until melted and completely stirred in.
- Makes 6 servings.
- My notes-I usely cook this for about 30-45 mins to make sure vegetables are good and tender.I would check my vegetables after 15 to 20 mins and go from there.Because some stoves cook hotter than other's
