Ingredients
  • 1 (14 to 16-pound) fully cooked, spiral-cut smoked ham, on the bone
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 8 1/2 ounces mango chutney
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • zest of one orange
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the ham in a roasting pan, preferably lined with foil.
  2. Add all the ingredients, except the ham, of course, into your food processor.
  3. Process it until it's smooth.
  4. Pour the glaze over the ham and bake for 1 hour, until the ham is fully heated and the glaze is well browned.
  5. Serve hot or at room temperature.
  6. You can use the juices from the pan for a sauce to pour over the ham at the table.

Hi Elle,
The recipe sounds great! Traditionally in the past I have always had ham for Easter but I had roast lamb as part of our dinner this year. I will be bookmarking your recipe for future use.
