Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the ham in a roasting pan, preferably lined with foil.
  • Add all the ingredients, except the ham, of course, into your food processor.
  • Process it until it's smooth.
  • Pour the glaze over the ham and bake for 1 hour, until the ham is fully heated and the glaze is well browned.
  • Serve hot or at room temperature.
  • You can use the juices from the pan for a sauce to pour over the ham at the table.

    Hi Elle,
The recipe sounds great! Traditionally in the past I have always had ham for Easter but I had roast lamb as part of our dinner this year. I will be bookmarking your recipe for future use.
