How to make it

  • cut all ingredients into small cubes - not the cream, of course :-)
  • mix well,
  • then add sour cream,
  • yoghurt
  • vinegar (about 1 to 2 TBSP)
  • then (YES! REally!) add the raspberry sirup.
  • refridgerate for at least 4 hours before serving
  • just before serving, whip lightly heavy cream, stir under salad - makes it 'feel' fluffier, lighter.
  • you may need more liquid, depending on the structure of your apples, red beets, etc.
