- bok choy (You may substitute with regular cabbage) shopping list
- soba noodles (Found in the Asian section of your local grocer) shopping list
- Sliced carrot shopping list
- onion or green onion or leek shopping list
- green pepper shopping list
- garlic paste shopping list
- ginger paste shopping list
- garlic paste shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of Aji-mirin (rice wine) shopping list
- Tonkatsu Sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Boil Soba noodles 7/8 minutes
- Cut and slice your vegetables.
- Drain noodles
- Prepare your wok with oil
- Fry veggies for 2-3 minutes
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste
- Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
- Fry together for 30 seconds
- Add your drained noodles
- Add 2 tables spoons of Mirin
- And add at least 2 tablespoons of Tonkatsu sauce, if not more. (This is to taste.)
