Scotch, Irish, English dish made from left overs of concocted ingredients to add to the way of stretching the budget.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes.
  • 1 LB. ground beef.
  • 4 ounce pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature and creamed.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided and reserve 1/2 cup.
  • 4 cups frozen mixed vegatables, thawed. ( Corn, fresh cut off the cob, green beans from the garden blanched and sauted in butter and onion. )
  • 1 cup brown gravy.
  • Seasoned bread crumbs to sprinkle on top.

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef and drain fat.
  2. Mix potatoes, cream cheese, and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese together.
  3. Add ground beef, vegatables, gravy and stir.
  4. Arrange in 9x12 baking dish or casserole dish.
  5. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes @ 350 degrees. Enjoy!
