Fried Manchego

- 8 ounces of manchego cheese shopping list
- 4 ounces of panko bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 beaten egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup of flour shopping list
- paprika to taste shopping list
- enough high quality olive oil to coat the bottom of your pan shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the manchego into little triangles.
- Heat oil in skillet - medium high should work.
- Dip the triangles into the egg, dip in flour mixture (flour mixed with paprika), cover with bread crumbs.
- Place the triangles in oil. After 2-3 minutes, turn the triangles over.
- It’s finished when the triangles are golden brown.
- I find manchego frito to be best on some warm crusty bread, but it would also work with warm pita or just by itself.
