How to make it

  • With alittle oil, saute garlic until fragant
  • add water , tomato sauce, thian mian jiang, chilli sauce, black vinnegar, salt sugar and pepper, taste add corn starch, turn off the heat
  • mix egg, chives, all flour, water, salt and pepper
  • add 1 ts oil on a non-stick heavy based skillet, when it's hot add 1/c cup of oyster, cook until both sides are browned (around 30 seconds each sides)
  • add 1/2 cup of flour mixture cook around 2 minutes until the bottoms starts to brown, flip it over, cook the other side for around 2 minutes
  • serves with the sauce
  • repeat this process to make the second pancake
