Oyester Pancake

- 1 cup of fresh oyster shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tbs of corn flour shopping list
- 1/2 tbs of rice flour shopping list
- 1/2 tbs of all purpouse flour shopping list
- 1 cup of finely chopped chinese chives (or vegetables) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of water shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- for sauce; 1/2 tbs of tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 tbs of thian mian jiang shopping list
- 1 tsp of chilli sauce shopping list
- 1 tbs of black vinnegar shopping list
- pinch of salt, sugar and pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup of water shopping list
- 1 tsp corn starch mixed with 2 tbs of water shopping list
How to make it
- With alittle oil, saute garlic until fragant
- add water , tomato sauce, thian mian jiang, chilli sauce, black vinnegar, salt sugar and pepper, taste add corn starch, turn off the heat
- mix egg, chives, all flour, water, salt and pepper
- add 1 ts oil on a non-stick heavy based skillet, when it's hot add 1/c cup of oyster, cook until both sides are browned (around 30 seconds each sides)
- add 1/2 cup of flour mixture cook around 2 minutes until the bottoms starts to brown, flip it over, cook the other side for around 2 minutes
- serves with the sauce
- repeat this process to make the second pancake
