Szechwan Shrimp

- 8 tablespoons water shopping list
- 4 tablespoons ketchup shopping list
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch shopping list
- 2 teaspoon honey shopping list
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1-lb raw shrimp shopping list
- 1-cup bagged stir fry veggies (freezer) shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, stir together water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, crushed red pepper, and ground ginger.
- Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Stir in green onions and garlic and stir fry vegetables; cook 30 seconds.
- Stir in shrimp, and toss to coat with oil.
- Cook and stir until sauce is bubbly and thickened and shrimp curl up
- Serve over rice
