How to make it

  • Saute celery, onion and parsley in butter until tender
  • Add apples, sugar and seasonings
  • Cook 5 minutes longer
  • Add bread crumbs and mix well ( adjust crumb quantity to suit)
  • Makes about 4 cups
  • Use with Crown Pork roast, pork chops or duck
