Celery Salad

When I buy celery for a recipe, it usually calls for 1-2 stalks, leaving me with almost a whole bunch left to wilt away in my fridge. Enter the celery salad. I can't eat celery alone but jazzed up with a little bit of this and that, I'll go back for more every time.
Ingredients
- 5-7 stalks of celery chopped into thin slices (I use the mandolin - I also peel first to omit some of the fibers) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 chopped garlic clove shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all the ingredients and watch even the biggest celery haters enjoy this fresh and tasty salad.
